These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of the Empowered Coaching website (the “Site”), any services offered through it, and all digital products and interactive tools accessible via the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, purchasing a product, booking a service, or using any tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

AI-powered tools, including the PIP Form Answer Generator (“PIP Tool”)

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe or restrict anyone else’s use.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site without notice.

3. Coaching, Counselling, and Consultancy Services

3.1 Nature of Services

Coaching and counselling services provided via the Site:

do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment;
do not replace professional healthcare;
are not crisis or emergency services;
involve your full responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing.

If you are in crisis, you must contact emergency services or NHS urgent care.

3.2 Booking & Cancellation

Where applicable, cancellations and rearrangements must follow the policy provided at booking. Missed appointments may be charged.

3.3 Professional Relationship

Use of this Site does not establish a therapeutic or coaching relationship.
A relationship is formed only when a service is formally booked and confirmed.

4. Digital Products (Ebooks, Workbooks, Resources)

Digital products purchased through the Site are for personal use only.
You must not:

share, resell, upload, or distribute them;
reproduce content without permission;
claim authorship of materials.

Because digital items are delivered instantly, refunds are not offered once accessed.

5. Interactive Tools on the Site

The Site may host interactive assessments, questionnaires, or AI tools including:

These tools are informational only and do not replace professional guidance, diagnosis, legal advice, or therapeutic judgement.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated results.

6. Additional Terms for the PIP Form Answer Generator

This section applies specifically to the PIP Form Answer Generator (“PIP Tool”).
It forms part of the Terms & Conditions for the entire Site.

6.1 About the PIP Tool

The PIP Tool breaks down the “How Your Disability Affects You” PIP form into simple questions and uses artificial intelligence (AI) to reformat your notes into clearer draft responses.

By using the Tool, you acknowledge that the generated text is only a draft based on your own input.

6.2 What the Tool Does

The Tool:

accepts rough notes, bullet points, or short descriptions;
reorganises them into clearer text;
aligns the structure with publicly available PIP descriptors;
keeps the tone broadly consistent with your input.

6.3 What the Tool Does Not Do

The Tool does not:

provide legal, medical, financial, or welfare advice;
advise on eligibility or predict outcomes;
recommend what you should write;
interpret evidence or assess your needs;
verify accuracy or completeness of your statements;
act on your behalf in any application or appeal.

You remain fully responsible for your final PIP submission.

6.4 No Guarantees or Reliance

The Tool offers general informational support only.
We make no guarantee that use of the Tool will:

improve your claim;
result in a particular award;
influence DWP decisions;
secure points or descriptors;
avoid assessment or review.

Use is entirely at your own risk.

6.5 User Responsibilities

You agree that:

all information you enter is true and based on your own experiences;
you will not enter anyone else’s information without their permission;
you are responsible for checking and editing generated text before using it;
you understand AI may produce errors or inappropriate phrasing.

We accept no liability for your final PIP form contents.

6.6 Data Handling, Retention & Deletion

Temporary Data Storage

Entries and drafts are stored temporarily using a session ID.
They are not linked to your name or contact details unless you provide such details elsewhere on the Site.

Automatic Purging

Inactive sessions and drafts are deleted automatically after 1 day using an internal scheduler similar to:

No Profiling

We do not profile users or sell data.

No Guarantee of Error-Free Storage

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or prevention of data loss.

6.7 Sensitive Health Information

You may enter health information voluntarily.
We advise against including names, dates of birth, or identifiable details in the notes you input.

You are responsible for any identifiable data you choose to disclose.

6.8 Permitted Use of the Tool

You may use the Tool:

for your own PIP application;
to help someone else with their consent;
for non-commercial personal use.

You may not:

resell or replicate the Tool;
publish or distribute its output commercially;
reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy its structure or prompts;
use it for fraudulent claims.

6.9 Intellectual Property

The PIP Tool’s structure, prompts, workflow, code, and logic are the intellectual property of Empowered Coaching.

You retain copyright in:

your own input
any edited version of the generated output

6.10 Limitation of Liability (PIP Tool)

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

we are not liable for PIP claim outcomes, decisions by the DWP, or contractor assessments;
we do not accept liability for errors or omissions in generated text;
we are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on the Tool;
we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.

If liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at:

the amount paid for the Tool (if any), or £1 — whichever is greater.

6.11 Third-Party AI Providers

The Tool relies on third-party AI services.
We are not responsible for:

downtime, outages, or errors from such providers;
changes in AI behaviour or output;
policy or model changes outside our control.

7. VAK Learning Style Assessment & Other Tools

Unless stated otherwise:

results are approximate and for personal insight only;
they do not diagnose learning difficulties or neurodivergence;
they must not be used as educational, clinical, or employment evidence.

8. Intellectual Property (Sitewide)

All content on this Site — including branding, copy, designs, products, images, assessments, and tools — is the property of Empowered Coaching unless otherwise stated.
