Every coaching journey is unique, but it starts with a conversation.
We’ll explore what’s been holding you back, identify how your mind truly works, and build practical strategies so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Practical Info
Sessions are available online or in person (in Thame, Oxfordshire). A standard session lasts 60 minutes, though longer formats can be arranged.
Prices start from £70 for a self-funded, 60 minute session.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or card. I also accept Aviva insurance and Access to Work funding.
