Neurodiversity training, coaching and consultancy for organisations
Every organisation includes neurodivergent people. Some know it. Many don’t. Most won’t tell you.
I help organisations understand how different brains work, and what to change so people can do their best work. That might mean training a team, coaching a manager, supporting someone one to one, or training the professionals who support others.
Emma Redman, MNCPS (Acc.), ADHD-CCSP. Psychotherapeutic counsellor, neurodiversity and business coach.

Workplaces and project teams
Whether you run a small business or a large project, neurodivergent people are already part of your team. I deliver practical awareness sessions on site or online, built around your shifts and your setting.

I’ve delivered on-site programmes for construction and engineering projects, and webinars for Enterprise Oxfordshire’s small business clients.
A programme can include:

-
Awareness sessions for up to 20 people
-
On-site days with drop-in support
-
A follow-up session for managers
-
An anonymous feedback survey and handouts

If you’re involved in landing or organising projects of any size, it’s well worth getting Emma involved. She has a brilliant way of explaining and opening the lid on how to help people thrive.
Marcus, 3CR
Emma has delivered a number of webinars for our clients on Neurodiversity in small businesses. These sessions are very powerful, with lived experiences being shared for others to benefit from.

Leaders and managers
Managers are often the first person someone tells, and the last to get any training. I help leaders respond well when someone shares that they’re neurodivergent, put reasonable adjustments in place, and manage performance fairly.

Many of the leaders and founders I work with are neurodivergent themselves.
Support can include:

-
Manager training for up to 15 people
-
Handling disclosure conversations with confidence
-
Reasonable adjustments and fair performance management
-
One-to-one coaching for leaders, founders and business owners
Your guidance has been truly invaluable, not only for my own growth and development, but also in strengthening my ability to lead effectively and support those I work alongside.
James Hartley
Staff support
Sometimes the best support is one to one. I coach staff whose sessions are paid for by their employer, by an employee assistance programme or insurer such as Aviva, or through Access to Work.

Sessions are confidential. Employers and funders receive only what’s agreed, such as attendance.
Funded through Access to Work?
I work with employed and self-employed people whose coaching is funded through Access to Work. Get in touch and we can talk through how it works.
Practitioners and professionals
I train therapists and other professionals to support neurodivergent clients well.

I’m also an affiliated therapist with Headstuff ADHD Therapy, and I write for the NCPS magazine, host webinars and record podcasts on neurodiversity.
Training can include:

-
Understanding ADHD, autism and other neurodivergence in adults
-
Adapting your practice for neurodivergent clients
-
Talks and webinars for teams and professional groups

Questions organisations ask
How does pricing work?
We start with a short scoping call. You then receive a written proposal with exact costs.
Can staff get one-to-one support, including through Access to Work?
Yes. Coaching can be paid for by the employer, an employee assistance programme or insurer, or through Access to Work. I work with both employed and self-employed people.
How many people can attend?
Up to 20 for an awareness session and up to 15 for manager training. For larger groups, I can repeat a session on the same day.
Do staff need a diagnosis to benefit?
No. Sessions are about how different brains work, not labels. Many people recognise themselves for the first time.
Can you deliver on site?
Yes. I deliver on site or online.
Do you train therapists and other professionals?
Yes. I train therapists and other professionals to support neurodivergent clients well. Get in touch to talk about what your team needs.
