Coaching for neurodivergent professionals, founders and business owners
Build a way of working that fits how your mind works.
Practical one-to-one coaching for ADHD, autistic and neurodivergent adults at work. Whether you run your own business, lead a team or work for someone else, we build systems, habits and confidence that suit you.

Does this sound familiar?
01
You start strong, then lose focus or burn out.
02
You're great with ideas and the big picture, but the admin piles up.
03
You work twice as hard just to look like you're keeping up.
04
Emails, meetings and deadlines drain you before the real work starts.
05
You built your business around your strengths, but now it's running you.
You don't need to work harder. You need a way of working that fits you.
What we can work on together
Coaching focuses on the work challenges that matter most to you right now.
Focus and priorities
Exploring who you are, what matters to you, and what you want from life, rather than living by other people's expectations.
Running your business your way
Structure, decisions and growth that fit how you work, not how you think you should.
Workload and energy
Pacing your work so you're not swinging between hyperfocus and burnout.
Leadership and communication
Managing people, giving feedback, handling difficult conversations and asking for what you need.
Systems that suit your brain
Planning, admin and routines you'll actually keep using.
Confidence and self-advocacy
Speaking up, asking for adjustments, and working through imposter feelings.

You lead a team and want to manage in a way that suits you, and support the neurodivergent people in your team well.

What clients say
Thank you so much, Emma, for your incredible support in helping me navigate my neurodiversity across both personal and professional areas. Your guidance has been truly invaluable - not only for my own growth and development, but also in strengthening my ability to lead effectively and support those I work alongside."
James
It was such an informative session, with great take-aways and it was lovely connecting with like-minded business owners. Emma is really genuine and open about sharing her own experience and knowledge, while holding a non-judgmental space for us all to ask questions.

Common questions
How does Access to Work pay for coaching?
You apply to Access to Work, and they decide what support to fund. If they approve coaching, they pay for your sessions. I work with both employed and self-employed clients funded this way, and I can talk you through the process on a discovery call.
How much does a session cost?
Sessions start from £95 for 60 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged. The discovery call is free.
Can you help me run my business?
Yes. Alongside my neurodiversity work, I have business coaching training and experience as a business advisor with Enterprise Oxfordshire. We focus on structure, decisions and growth that fit how you work.
Will my employer know I'm having coaching?Only if you choose to tell them. If your employer or Access to Work is paying, some details may need to be shared to arrange funding, and we'll agree what that looks like at the start. What we talk about in sessions stays confidential, within the usual legal and safety limits.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. You don't need a formal diagnosis to work with me. If you're applying for Access to Work, they'll tell you what information they need.
