Emma offers one-to-one counselling for: •Anxiety, stress, or burnout •Overwhelm and emotional fatigue •Identity and self-worth •Life transitions and uncertainty •Living as a neurodivergent adult •Masking, shame, or internalised pressure You don’t need to have it all worked out to start.

Emma’s Approach
Emma is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with over 450 hours of experience. Her approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that real change begins when people feel seen. She works integratively - drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Sessions are always shaped around you, your pace, and your needs.
